At no extra cost to you, your property is also listed on all our other rental sites, such as Canary Properties, Cyprus Properties etc. and other international portal links such as www.HI-Spain.com and www.spanish-homes.info This gives your advert an extra exposure included.
Adding your property is easy to do, although we suggest that you read this instruction carefully.
You begin by using the "Login / Register" link on the left side menu.
Once there, all you need to do is to click on the "Register" button. And it will take you to a page with some fields you need to fill in, such as your name and contact email address. Note! all your private information is strictly confidential and are not given out by us to anyone.
You will notice that by default the radio button as Owner is selected, if you are a person with many properties to manage, then you should select Agent and contact support.
When you enter your email address, be careful that it is the correct address and one you have readily access to. This is the email that will be receiving enquiries from your clients.
Your Password is important and should be something that is easy to remember, although not a part of your name or birth date. When you log in to your property admin area, then be mindful not to enter any empty spaces before or after your password, this will result in a login failure.
Once you have filled in the form, click on the "Register" button, and you will be directed to a confirmation area.
Now go to your email inbox, there should be an email from I-Rent, click on your confirmation link in the email that has just arrived. This is to verify that there is a real person and that a correct email address is used.
Log in and you will be taken automatically to your property management area. There you can click on "Add New Property" and fill out the 6 easy steps.
When in doubt what to enter, it sometimes helps looking at other similar property listings or use the little blue  Icon that goes with each field. This Icon explains in more details what to do.
When your property is ready to go live, then you use the "Activate" button, located in your property management area by each property. If you have a Promotion Code then enter it into the box below the Activatate Now button, this will show the current fee now due.
