Holiday Rental Property Description

Definitely one of the most beautiful Fincas of Tenerife. Near Puerto de la Cruz, a beach within walking distance, amidst lush vegetation, you can enjoy the magnificent views of the sea, coastline and Mount Teide. I would especially like to recommend this cottage, as we get a lot of positive feedback from guests that visit us frequently.
The apartments
You can choose between:
* Studios (S): 1 room, approx. 22 - 33 sq. m, small patio
* Standard Apartments (N): 1 living room and 1 bedroom, approx. 40 - 50 sq. m., terrace approx 20 - 30 sq. m., for up to 4 people
* Large Apartments (G): 3 rooms, approx 90 sq. m., a large living/dining room with Sat-TV, a kitchen on the upper floor, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the lower floor, terraces approx 50 and 20 sq. m., for up to 6 people.
* La Castia "small cottage" (C) - 1 room, approx. 30 qm, small terrace, good location

The Tenerife State

Tenerife covers 2,034.38 square kilometres and is the biggest of the Canary Islands, which are part of Spain. It is located in the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Morocco and is about 1.300 kilometres away from the Spanish mainland or “La Peninsular” as the Canarians call it.
More than 800,000 people live and work on the island. It is the most popular islands for tourists because of its location and volcanic origins, the scenery and the climate. Away from the tourist resorts there are many beautiful, quiet, rural areas. The cities of Laguna and Santa Cruz have places of cultural interest including museums and the spectacular new concert hall, the “Auditorio de Tenerife”.

Usually you can get fresh rolls in the morning. A shopping and laundry service is available. A bar and two restaurants are only a few minutes walk away. Furthermore a kiosk with drinks and snacks can be found at the nearby beach. A café with panoramic views can be reached by climbing the hill. If you like you can walk to Puerto de la Cruz once or twice a week, go shopping there and return to your cottage by an inexpensively taxi.

The surroundings are unspoilt, a part is kept as a garden with different types of fruit tress, a small banana plantation - all organically grown -, ther are palm trees, pine trees, araucarias, tabaibas, flowers, a pond with a barbecue and picnic area, lawns for sun bathing and a swing. 4-leaved clover grows next to the pond.

The price includes: Hot water, light, electricity or gas for cooking, bed linen, towels (not for the beach), change of bed linen and towels as well as cleaning (with exception of dishes) after each week. Gas or electric heaters are available although normally not required. (Gas heaters ay not be used in rooms where people sleep.)
In addition, you will be charged separately for further cleaning, laundry and shopping service, if required (given availability; this is not provided by the Finca el Rincón).
We charge the price of one additional night for one-off costs such as final cleaning. If different rates apply, at the lower rate.
Discount for a stay of 3 weeks and more 5 % for the whole stay (max. 45 nights).
We charge € 20 per apartment for arrival at the finca between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. as well as for changing datails of your reservation.
