The apartment benefits from a large balcony which is 7m x 7m at widest points and enjoys uninterrupted panoramic views of the green surrounding countryside and the Mediterranean sea. The balcony is well equipped with 2 sets of table and chairs,(both seating 6), Sun Loungers and Gas BBQ making it the perfect place for alfresco dining, socialising and relaxing. The accommodation internally is comfortable and homely with lounge having 2 large sofas, silver TV and DVD player. The dining area has table and 6 chairs. The kitchen is open plan to dining area and is fully equipped with appliances to include oven, hob and hood, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. The Master Bedroom has a smart wicker style king-sized bed with bedside units and fitted wardrobes. Patio Doors lead out on to the balcony where breakfast can be ebjoyed while watching the view. The bright Second Bedroom has 2 single sized beds and fitted wardrobes.

The Paphos State
Sunset Apartments is set high on the hillside, above the picturesque village of Peyia with the heart of the village only a 10-15 minute walk away and even that is mostly downhill. (A taxi will be very cheap back up the hill if you have overindulged in the village and don’t fancy the walk back!). The apartments are only 5 minutes drive from Coral Bay resort with all its cafes, bars, restaurants and other entertainment as well as one of the best beaches in Cyprus. You are twenty minutes from Paphos centre and forty minutes from Paphos Airport. Paphos itself consists of two towns, each with its very own character. Ktima on the cliff (Upper Paphos) and Kato Paphos by the sea (Lower Paphos). One is virtually unchanged over the centuries and thoroughly Cypriot, while the other has expanded over the last decade from a sleepy fishing village and harbour, into a vibrant cosmopolitan resort which is expanding and improving each year.
Paphos Area
In Kato Paphos, (in the archaeological park), you will find many fine mosaics and buildings from Greek and Roman periods, plus the Harbour Castle. Close by, is the church of St Pauls Pillar, where the pillar St Paul was tied to can be found. Further down this road are the Tombs of the Kings and Christian Catacombs. Going towards the unspoilt Akamas Peninsula (4km), there is Lara Bay, (famous for turtles) and Latchi, famous for its seafront and harbour restaurants as well as the clean sandy beach and crystal clear waters. Heading North by car, you can find the route to Kathikas, Cedar Valley and the Troodos Mountains. The route is peppered with many other small but charming villages along the way. An excellent highway runs to all corners of Cyprus but the old coast road is the most scenic route. A drive along here past various ancient sites such as Aphrodites Birthplace and Temple, towards Limassol, taking in Curium, is delightful and is littered with the most beautiful views.

You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
