The Paphos State

The south facing balcony features a commanding table and chairs to seat 4, overlooking the pool area and to the Mediterenean Sea in the distance. A pergola gives shade as required with this area being the perfect place for alfresco dining, relaxing, socialising and generally soaking up the warm Cyprus sunshine.
The property is fully air-conditioned nad has ceiling fans throughout. There are also electric background heaters for further comfort in Winter Evenings.Shutters have been fitted to all windows, assisting privacy, security and keeping the apartment dark and cool as required. A supply of fresh drinking water is supplied to the apartment and the water is heated by solar panels.
