Holiday Rental Property Description

The villa is accessed via a small set of steps near the private parking area outside. An immediate sense of awe washes over you as you see the stone villa with private pool in front and the amazing mountain scenery. On entering the villa, the living area is dominated by the working corner stone fireplace and is equipped with SKY satellite television (free to view channels) and a DVD player. There are 2 large and comfortable sofas. Behind the lounge is the dining area with room to seat 6. Through an archway and you are in the fully equipped kitchen which includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The 3 bedrooms are located along the corridor leading from the lounge. The master double bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom and patio doors that lead directly onto the pool terrace.There are two further twin bedrooms each with en-suite shower rooms. One of these shower rooms also has direct access from the corridor so can be used as a separate guest cloakroom.

The Paphos State

Birthplace of Aphrodite and in Roman times the capital of Cyprus, Paphos is one of the most beautiful and ancient towns of Cyprus and is situated on the southwest coast. Sheltered from the north by the Troodos Mountains, it has the healthiest climate in the Mediterranean. Paphos Harbour with it's ancient castle, marine and water sports centres, is lined with colourful restaurants serving fresh fish and marine delicacies. Nearby are archaeological sites, rich with antiquities, providing an interest away from the usual - in fact UNESCO has included Paphos on it's World Cultural Heritage List.

Peyia Area

The village of Peyia is one of the most picturesque and popular villages in the area. It is spread over a large area with the village centre (1km away/15-25 minute walk) having many good amenities including bars, restaurants, tavernas, shops and a bank (to name but a few). Only a 5 minute drive away is the famous Coral Bay resort with its Sandy beach for all the family as well as its more extensive selection of nightlife and daytime activities.

The villa is 30 min from Paphos airport. 5 min from Coral Bay and Beach. 15 min from Paphos. 25 min from Polis/Latchi. 90 min from Troodos Mountains.

General : The villa has 3 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Entertainment : The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. Eating & living : There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Outside, the 8m x 4m private swimming pool is surrounded by a large sunbathing terrace fully equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, a smart looking barbeque, and a wooden table and chairs perfect for enjoying relaxed alfresco dining on those warm summer evenings. The well tended garden area is planted with young fruit trees and fragrant jasmin and honeysuckle climb the perimeter wall.

There are no private beaches on the island and Cyprus boasts dozens of European Blue Flag awards. The secluded sandy beaches are perfect for snorkelling and every watersport you can imagine. If you want excitement then you may want to visit one of three world class water parks within easy reach that rival any in the world.
