The Paphos State

In Kato Paphos, (in the archaeological park), you will find many fine mosaics and buildings from Greek and Roman periods, plus the Harbour Castle. Close by, is the church of St Pauls Pillar, where the pillar St Paul was tied to can be found. Further down this road are the Tombs of the Kings and Christian Catacombs.
Going towards the unspoilt Akamas Peninsula (3km), there is Lara Bay, (famous for turtles) and Latchi, famous for its seafront and harbour restaurants as well as the clean sandy beach and crystal clear waters.
Above Peyia itself, lies the road to Kathikas with its traditional Village centre and great tavernas. The road then leads on to Cedar Valley and the Troodos Mountains. The route is peppered with other small but charming villages along the way. An excellent highway runs to all corners of Cyprus but the old coast road is the most scenic route. A drive along here past various ancient sites such as Aphrodites Birthplace and Temple, towards Limassol, taking in Curium, is delightful and is littered with the most beautiful views.

As you enter, you are immediately taken in by the modern furnishings and design. A small reception area leads on to an ideally sized kitchen with modern appliances, dining area with smart table and chairs then lounge which features comfortable grey chord sofas and Silver TV with satellite and DVD player for entertainment. Both lounge and dining area provide access to the versatile sun terrace (facing SE) which is a great place to enjoy sun bathing, dining, relaxing or socialising. A wealth of light is allowed in by the ful height windows which run the length of the lounge and dining area. There is further benefit of a downstairs bedroom, also with access to the sun terrace and adjacent cloakroom for convenience.
The staircase is between cloakroom and kitchen and leads to the upstairs accommodation which includes 2 bedrooms, main bathroom and 2 large balconies. There are patio doors at the top of the landing which open out to a small 2m x 1m balcony which overlooks the horses paddock at the rear of the property. The balcony from the master bedroom enjoys the most wonderful views over the sea and surrounding countryside with the second balcony accessed from both master room and second bedroom having a similar outlook.
Outside there is a spacious sun terrace, long driveway and a beautifully positioned private pool area. The pool area is very privately secluded behind the gable end of the property with only open countryside beyond. No building is expected for the foreseeable future so this really is exceptional.
The villa is Air Conditioned/Heated throughout with Lined curtains to all windows. The villas water is heated by a solar system and is usually very hot, however is a back up immersion should this be needed. A supply of fresh spring water is supplied to the villa.
