The Paphos State

One is virtually unchanged over the centuries and thoroughly Cypriot, while the other has expanded over the last decade from a sleepy fishing village and harbour, into a vibrant cosmopolitan resort which is expanding and improving each year.

An excellent highway runs to all corners of Cyprus but the old coast road is the most scenic route. A drive along here past various ancient sites such as Aphrodites Birthplace and Temple, towards Limassol, taking in Curium, is delightful and is littered with the most beautiful views.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, sea views, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The property is situated on the ground floor with the private main entrance being at the bottom of some steps that lead down from the main car parking area. The entrance door leads into a large open plan, lounge/dining/kitchen area with patio doors leading out on to the large veranda (8m x 3m) which overlooks the countryside and Sea. A table and chairs with umbrella and sun loungers are provided in this area. (The veranda is very private and no-one ever walks by it).
